Delivery Information

Delivery is at the heart of what Radian does. Here is exactly how, when and where we deliver, so there are no surprises at checkout.

Where we deliver

We deliver in two zones. Inside Dhaka you get our fastest options: 2 hours, same day, scheduled and midnight. For the rest of the country, orders travel by courier.

Some items, such as fresh bouquets and balloon arrangements, cannot survive a courier journey and are delivered inside Dhaka only. They are clearly marked, and you can switch your delivery area at any time from the header.

Inside Dhaka

2 Hours Delivery (Tk 350) — at the door within 2 hours of your order being confirmed. Available for orders placed between 9 AM and 7 PM.

Same Day Delivery (Tk 200) — today, in the morning or evening slot you choose.

Schedule It (Tk 150) — pick any date, then a morning or evening slot.

Midnight Delivery (Tk 1,000) — lands at 12:00 AM on the date you choose.

All Bangladesh

National Delivery (Tk 150) — sent by our courier partners to all 64 districts. The expected delivery date is shown at checkout.

Delivery charges

The charge for the method you choose is always shown in your order summary before you pay. From time to time we run offers, such as free delivery on qualifying orders; any active offer and its terms are shown at checkout.
