1. Eligibility for Returns or Refunds

- We accept returns or offer refunds ONLY under the following conditions:
  - The product was damaged upon arrival
  - The wrong product was delivered
  - The item did not match the description or customization
Requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery with proper photo/video proof.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for:
- Fresh flowers
- Personalized/customized items
- Perishable products (e.g., chocolates, cakes)
These items are prepared specially for each order and cannot be resold.

3. Refund Process

- If eligible, refunds will be processed within 3-7 working days.
- Refunds may be issued via bKash, Nagad, or bank transfer.
- We may offer a replacement or store credit instead of refund, based on the situation.

4. Order Cancellation

- Orders can only be cancelled if the request is made BEFORE the item has been prepared or dispatched.
- For same-day orders, cancellation requests must be made within 30 minutes of placing the order.
- Once production or dispatch has started, cancellations are not allowed.
