Radian is a flower and gift delivery platform based in Bangladesh. We specialize in delivering premium-quality flowers, teddies, chocolates, balloons, and curated gift combos to help you express your emotions beautifully.

2. Who Can Use Our Services

You must be 18 years or older to place an order on our website. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must complete the order on your behalf.

3. Placing an Order

Orders can be placed through our website or WhatsApp.
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
Once confirmed, orders cannot be modified or canceled (except in certain valid cases).
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order suspected to be fraudulent or incomplete.

4. Payments

Payments can be made through bKash, Nagad, or Credit/Debit Cards.
All prices shown are in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka).
Radian is not responsible for issues caused by payment gateway errors or user mistakes during checkout.

5. Delivery Policy

We offer same-day and scheduled deliveries within Dhaka and selected regions.
Midnight and early morning delivery may be available at extra charge.
We try our best to deliver on time, but delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen events may occur.
If the recipient is unavailable, we will attempt to call or reschedule the delivery.

6. Product Availability & Substitution

Product photos are for reference. Actual arrangements may slightly vary due to seasonal availability or regional sourcing.
If an item is unavailable, we may replace it with a similar product of equal or higher value to maintain the gifting experience.

7. Return & Refund Policy

Perishable items (flowers, chocolates, balloons) cannot be returned or exchanged.
If a product is damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 01 hours of delivery with photo proof.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
Refunds are subject to verification and Radian reserves the right to approve or reject refund claims.

8. Privacy

9. Intellectual Property

All images, text, and content on Radian's website are the intellectual property of Radian. No one may copy, reuse, or reproduce them without written permission.
